How would you explain ancient mankind quarrying, transporting and putting into place supermassive rocks that weigh over 100 tons, let alone 1000 tons? At Baalbek, we find perfectly fitted 1,500-ton stones forming a foundation not even a huge Roman temple could encompass. Our own science and engineering today cannot explain them.

What if, some unknown culture to history, could move these supermassive stones, place them on top of others, in perfect fit and alignment, before the dawn of our most ancient cultures?

Curiously, numerous ancient sites around the globe are considered by numerous authors as the ultimate evidence that thousands of years before written history, somehow, ancient culture managed to do it, apparently.

One of the most fascinating sites on the surface of the planet is located in Lebanon.

Baalbek is the name of an archeological site that was known in ancient Roman times as Heliopolis or City of the Sun. One of the most fascinating parts of Baalbek –and its holiest area in pagan times— was the so-called Temple of Baal, aka Temple of Jupiter.

It is important to note that mainstream experts have different points of view when it comes to the exact age of the site.

According to conventional archaeologists, it was a Phoenician sanctuary dedicated to the god Baal; it was a Greek City called Heliopolis (City of the Sun) and since the time of Emperor Augustus, it was a Roman colony.

The truth is, the exact age remains a mystery, but some researchers consider this ancient megalithic site as being at least 12.000 years old but could be over 20,000 years old.

While experts can trace some parts of this ancient site to specific dates, the oldest part of the ruins at Baalbek fit absolutely no known culture, and were originally employed for some mysterious purpose.

As noted on Bibliotecapleyades, the massive and elegant Roman stonework and columns pale by comparison to the megaliths they were built upon. The temple very visibly incorporates into its foundation, stones of some 1,500 tons. They are some 68 x 14 x 14 feet! They are the largest worked stones on earth! It is a mystery how such stones could have been moved into place, even according to our science and engineering knowledge of today. It is also a fact the Romans did not use this type of stonework.

To put how fascinating this ancient city is, the structures present at Baalbek are constructions that modern archaeologists and engineers cannot explain given the history and age that have been “officially” accepted. Some believe that history has got it all wrong when it comes to Baalbek.

Among the most intriguing of these megaliths is the Trilithon, and here is the cool part: three colossal blocks measuring 22 meters in length, 4.5 m high and 3.5 m wide.

Their weight ranges between one and two thousand tons. Can someone explain how this was achieved, thousands of years ago?

These three huge megaliths tones on a row of six blocks of granite that measure each, 10 meters in length and 4 height in height, weighing over 300 tons.

Some researchers argue that these megaliths are not “foundation stones” as they have always been declared as it appears as if it was essential that the largest of the stones were position on top, and not at the bottom making the whole edifice become an inverted structure.

It is noteworthy to mention that because nearly all of the stones are piled upon the other, we are able to see the evolution of the stonework.

Researchers believe that this reveals that some of the stones at Baalbek were piled on top of the megaliths are in fact older than Roman times. Interestingly, these stones are SUPERMASSIVE, yet despite their large size, they are literally dwarfed by the megalithic blocks found on site.

So how where the massive blocks put into position?

In 1977, Jean-Pierre Adam made a brief study suggesting the large blocks could have been moved on rollers with machines using capstans and pulley blocks, a process which he theorized could use 512 workers to move a 557-ton block (approximately 243 tons lighter than the Trilithon blocks)

It is believed that in 2003, in a previously unexplored area of the Bucegi Mountains, a top secret Romanian Intelligence Service made a fascinating discovery that according to many authors and researchers, could change the history of mankind.

Supposedly, deep within the Earth, below the colossal Bucegi Mountains in Romania, traces of an extremely ancient civilization were found.

Years later, in 2009, a book titled Transylvanian Sunrise was published, creating a significant buzz in the paranormal researcher community. A good deal of Transylvanian Sun-rise deals with the repression of the discovery that has been made, and the effort to use its benefits only for specific purposes kept far away from society.

The book details a discovery made under the so-called Romanian Sphinx, at the Bucegi Mountains.

The Bucegi Mountains are part of the Carpathian Mountain Range that spans six European countries; however, the bulk of the Carpathians are located in Romania, precisely where the Bucegi Mountains are located.

Unbeknownst to most, there is an ancient sphinx located in the Bucegi Mountains of Romania. In 2003, the Pentagon discovered, through the use of satellite technology, an anomaly beneath this ancient sphinx.

The book –which according to many sounds like a science fiction novel— speaks of how a Pentagon satellite used for geodetic espionage discovered in 2002 a separate unit in a specific area of the Bucegi Mountains.

The empty space inside the mountain was not identified in correspondence with the outside; the empty space begun directly from inside the mountain, at a certain distance from its slope. The empty space had the shape of a well-made tunnel, and the route of it was perfectly planned.

The satellite scan of the mountain revealed two major energetic blocks. The dams were made of artificial energy: the first was the plan, like a wall, a wall that was blocking access to the tunnel.

The second was huge, like a dome or hemisphere, at the opposite end of the tunnel, near the center of the mountain.

Interestingly, if we look back at history, we will find that local legends speak of Zamolxis, the god of the ancient Romanian people (the Dacians), and how he crafted his home and sacred sanctuary inside the mountain.

It’s hard to judge a book by its cover, and a few introductory words. However, many people believe the book is nothing more than a fictional story, having all the necessary elements to be categorized as such. But, aren’t all sensational findings first classified as elaborate hoaxes and fictional stories?

We only have to take a look back at Egypt and the mind-bending discovery that was made by a group of archaeologists who discovered an ancient underground labyrinth and even published details about the discovery in 2008 in the scientific journal of the NRIAG. Regrettably, this finding was tucked away from society even though it is well known that the labyrinth is real.

Could it be that the same thing happened in the Bucegi Mountains?

Critics argue that the discovery –and the book— are pure claims without facts. Furthermore, the entire area is in the vicinity of a resort. The city of Sinaia is a resort town built on the tourism of the Bucegi Mountains, and many claim that the book and discovery are nothing more than an effort to increase tourism in the area.

The Acambaro figurines are a collection of more than 32,000 pieces of strange looking figurines discovered in the municipality of Acambaro, Mexico. Some of these artifacts depict humans coexisting with dinosaurs. 

Have you ever wondered if people on Earth coexisted with dinosaurs in the distant past?  It is commonly accepted by mainstream scholars that Dinosaurs roamed the earth between 220 million and 65 million years ago during the Mesozoic Era.

Mankind –homosapiens specifically— appeared on Earth some 200,000 years ago. However, while this timeline is accepted in the scientific community, numerous discoveries point to a  much different past, and that humanity and dinosaurs coexisted on Earth.

One of the most interesting examples are the strange Acambaro Figurines.

In 1944 Waldemar Julsrud, a German merchant made a clamorous discovery in Acambaro, a small Mexican town located less than 300 kilometers northwest of Mexico, in the province of Guanajuato.

While horse riding with one of his employees, a farmer named Odilon Tinajero, his attention was drawn to a piece of pottery that was protruding from the ground . It was a terracotta figurine which was unlike any others he had encountered in the past.

Julsrud ordered his employee to dig up and bring all the similar pieces he could find. A few days later, Tinajero appeared with dozens of strange artifacts.

Julsrud was stunned by the style and diversity of the figurines. He made a deal with his employee: he would pay Tinajero 1 peso for each intact artifact, and nothing for the broken figurines, even though he had to hand over those too.

He wanted to prevent anyone fabricating the figurines based on the ones he had Tinajero dig out.

The figurines were discovered in groups of 20 to 40 inside wells at a depth of around two meters below the surface.

However, the figurines were not located within funerary wells, since only 6 skulls were found during the excavations. According to Mr. Julsrud’s hypothesis, it seems that they had been buried in a hurry to avoid being plundered by the first Spanish settlers.

More than 33 500 objects (mostly made of ceramics), stone, jade, and obsidian were found. All are unique, and none have been duplicated.

Their size varies from a few centimeters to less than one meter. Several types of clays were used (their examination would give a valuable indication of their origin), and all were manufactured by the open fire method or pre-firing method.

Interestingly, just as Dr. Cabrera, the curator of the Ica stones, Mr. Julsrud never did business with his discovery. His aim was scientific, and his desire was to protect a heritage, which he considered unique to mankind.

Mr. Julsrud gladly showed the figurines to anyone who as interested in studying them, however, the scientific community refused to accept them as authentic, because of their curious depictions: They represent, among other things, dinosaurs, unknown animals, reptiles, some have avian characteristics. Interestingly, certain figurines even seem to indicate a form of domestication of small reptiles and dinosaurs, large-sized monkeys, and many represent unknown divinities.

But everyone knows that it’s impossible, and mankind and dinosaurs never coexisted… right?

However, not everyone refused to believe so. One researcher became interested in this discovery: Charles Hapgood, professor of history and anthropology at the University of New Hampshire.

He traveled to investigate, find and research the matter. On his trip, he brought several samples to analyze the artifacts based on the most modern and recent methods of the time (in the late 60’s).

Carbon-14 dating performed in 1968 by Isotopes Incorporated of New Jersey showed that the figurines date between 1100 and 4500 B.C.

In 1972, the thermoluminescence dating method by the University of Pennsylvania on 2 figurines placed the figurines to around 2,500 B.C.

Mainstream dogma states that dinosaurs –all of them— disappeared around 65 million years ago. But, why must have all dinosaurs disappeared from our planet while other species survived?

If we look back at history, we will find that we know of the existence of dinosaurs from just over two centuries.

It is therefore officially impossible for men who lived 3,000, 4,500 or even 6,500 years to have been able to describe and manufacture figurines representing animals that were discovered in Mexico.

This is precisely why many discoveries, like the one of Acambaro, are denied in spite of the evidence showing otherwise; because the discoveries do not fit with mainstream history.

In 1954, the Mexican government sent a team of archaeologists, led by Dr. Eduardo Noguerain, to investigate the site and excavate in another location, where other figurines were found.

They verified the authenticity of the site, saying what an incredible discovery Julsrud had made. However, 3 weeks later, in their report, they deny the authenticity of Julsrud’s figurines because they represent dinosaurs.

Authentic or not?

In 1952, archaeologist Charles DiPeso, affiliated with the Amerind Foundation of Arizona, visited the area, studied the collection and observed the excavators during his work. According to DiPeso, the surface of the figures shows evidenced that they were of recent manufacture, and did not show the usual characteristics of elements of objects that have remained buried for thousands of years; If they had been authentic relics, they would have been scratched and broken like the rest of artifacts found in that area of Mexico.

Some archaeologists have come forward saying that, if the Acambaro figures are genuine, then they might actually be representations of stylized non-saurian animals, or mythical monsters and not dinosaurs as many have claimed.

While it is possible that mankind did coexist in the distant past with dinosaurs, the discovery of the Acambaro figurines is not considered by mainstream scholars as the ultimate evidence that proves it.
