Let’s take a step back into history, thousands of years ago and compare two fascinating ancient sites; Puma Punku and The Pyramid’s located at the Giza Plateau. It is believed that both of these sites were created WITHOUT the use of any kind of technology other than primitive tools.
Puma Punku is located some 45 miles west of La Paz, high in the Andes Mountains. The megalithic stones at Puma Punku are considered as being some of the largest and most intricately worked stones on the surface of the planet, and according to some authors, far more complex than the Pyramids at Giza.
In fact, several authors will agree that Puma Punku is so unique in the way that it was constructed, shaped and positioned, that it is the most intriguing ancient site on the planet. If you look at the stones carefully, you can see some intricate stonework, as though the ancient builders of the site used highly advanced tools. Evidence of ancient civilizations using modern technology?
What kind of technology did ancient people at Puma Punku use over 12,000 years ago, that allowed them to create fascinating monuments that defy logic? Sticks and stones, and primitive tools?
Puma Punku features incredible stones with perfect right angles, almost smooth as glass, making this Andean site one of the most unique places on Earth.
Many agree that the biggest mystery involving Puma Punku is how ancient mankind managed to transport huge blocks of stone from quarries located 10 to 100 km away. However, the ancient Egyptians managed to transport limestone located at quarries over 500 kilometers away from the Pyramids.
Another puzzling mystery at Puma Punku is the assembly of the walls. Each stone was finely cut to interlock with the surrounding stones and the blocks fit together like a puzzle, forming load-bearing joints without the use of mortar. The precision challenges today’s engineering abilities. Interestingly, numerous ancient sites in Peru, Bolivia, and Central America have walls and structures that have been assembled in such a way, that it has left reseachers perplexed. You only have to look at Sacsayhuaman, Ollantaytambo or Tiahuanaco to realize that somehow, the builders of these ancient sites had an ability that goes far beyond what they could have achieved according to mainstream scholars.
Certain features present at Puma Punku literally question everything we know about ancient civilizations inhabiting Southern America.
Is it possible that incredible ancient sites like Puma Punku, Tiwanaku, the Pyramids of Giza, and Teotihuacan in Mexico were all built with the use of stone tools and without the wheel? What if ancient mankind used “other” technologies that are completely unknown to our society today? Would mainstream scholar accept that they were wrong? Would it be easy to rewrite history as we know it?
What baffles scientists, engineers and archaeologists is the precision with which this was achieved.
Such intricate stonework is not present at the Giza plateau. This does not mean that the Pyramids at Giza were easy to build, or were not a mind-bending project with incredibly unique characteristics. The Great Pyramid is the most accurately aligned structure in existence and faces true north with only 3/60th of a degree of error. The position of the North Pole moves over time, and the pyramid was exactly aligned at one time. Also, the Great Pyramid is located at the center of the land mass of the earth.
The precision with which these angles have been utilized to create flush joints is indicative of a highly sophisticated knowledge of stone-cutting and a thorough understanding of descriptive geometry.
Ancient Engineers at Puma Punku and Tiwanaku should be considered masterminds. Their knowledge of mathematics, geometry and geology is something that most of today’s engineers lack. These Ancient Engineers were truly great, they developed complex civic infrastructure, and they invented waterproof sewage lines, hydraulic mechanisms and functional irrigation systems.
All of this was achieved thousands of years ago, at a time when according to mainstream history, undeveloped societies existed on Earth.
In your opinion, what do you think about both these sites? And which of them do you believe is more sophisticated and why?
